• Move to approve Minutes from the February 8, 2024 Board Meeting.

• Move to approve Agenda for May 17, 2024 Board Meeting.

 

Old Business -

President’s Report –

Welcome to the second PPHA BOD meeting of 2025. As a reminder that if you have an issue with your neighbor, please reach out to your neighbor first to see if a resolution can’t be addressed. Also, please remember to be mindful and understanding of your neighbors. While this is an HOA but unlike the typical one, we don’t have much in the way or rules. And since November 1978 it’s worked out well, not perfect.

 

Treasurer’s Report –

Approval to pay any bills and status report on 2025 HOA Dues received and any outstanding dues.

 

Beach Access Committee –

Review of options and move to approve the SOW and selection of GC to make the repairs needed. And schedule in the necessary work (steps/handrailing and retaining wall). Request to post the Beach Access Survey to the HOA Website.

 

Communications Committee –

Request to move off of the website the 2022 PPHA Board minutes and have them in the secretary binder.

           

Election Committee – Reminder calling for volunteers to serve on the board. We need between 1 to 4 additional volunteers.
